Rynk Strothers grew up in southern California and makes his home in Englewood, Colorado. He is the president/director of instruction at the Pro-Link Golf School and a member of the PGA of America.His resume features over 20 years of instruction in the Denver Metro community. In 2016 the Pro-Link Golf School created a team for the PGA Junior League. PGA Junior League is a very popular program that plays a 2 person scramble against another team. This program was so popular, we ran another session in the Fall. The Pro-Link Golf School team took the Championship in its Inaugural Season at Common Ground Golf Course in Aurora, Colorado. Our team is looking forward to another opportunity to compete in the 2017 Season!
Also, Rynk has been the driving force in getting golf established in Denver schools. With over 100 Golf In Schools programs that he has delivered, Rynk has reached close to 5,000 kids to this date. The Colorado PGA Golf in Schools is very successful in getting kids started in golf. His teaching philosophy is based on fundamentals of the golf swing. Once a student masters the grip, stance and setup, Rynk builds a players swing around their physical strengths and natural abilities. With analogies and drills, Rynk keeps it simple and fun to learn.
